What should I do if I can’t find my child’s order form?
If you have lost your order form, generally the school office will have spare forms within 7 days of the photo shoot. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 4035 5388 to obtain your shootkey to order online.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most forms of payment from cash & online credit card payments to Direct Deposit. Please note we do not accept AMEX.
How can I order a sibling photo?
Sibling photos (only students attending that school) can be taken on school photo day.
Order forms can be obtained from the school office
Orders can be placed online (must be received before 12md the day before photo day)

My husband/wife and I are separated. How do we each order photos?
Both parents are welcome to order online or through the order forms delivered to the school. Please indicate on the order form for whom the order is intended.
How long will it take for our photographs to be delivered to the school?
We pride ourselves on delivering your photos quickly and aim to have your order delivered to the school within 4-6 weeks of photo day. This depends on proofing turnaround times and delivery times, particularly to remote schools.
I ordered photos for my child but they haven’t arrived yet
School staff will distribute photo packages. This can take several days to complete. If other students have received their package, but your child has not, please wait 3 working days before forwarding the details to: email@example.com
What if a parent is unhappy with a child’s photo? Do you offer refunds to parents?
Please contact our office to discuss your concerns. You may return your photos to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
This money-back guarantee does not extend to any packages that are missing prints or are damaged in any way. Refunds cannot be given on digital products.
