Considering these unprecedented times, we would like to make all North Queenslanders aware of a range of protocols we have put in place for not just 2020, but into the foreseeable future. Following consultation both internally and externally, we have implemented the following procedures – effective immediately:

• Photo day in Term 2, 3 & 4 may look different to how it normally would.
• We will be discussing your school’s options directly with them and working towards a COVID-19 compliant photo day where all social distancing, hygiene and protective measures for your children are strictly adhered to in line with government requirements, advice and directions.
• All NQSP Staff have completed the COVID-19 Infection Control Training Certificate, available on the Australian Government My Health Website, had a Flu Vaccination, downloaded the Covid-19 App & has their temperature recorded daily.
• Each photographer (both group and portrait) has been supplied with sanitizing hand wash, wipes and sanitizing spray for use on a frequent basis.
• Please assist us in not allowing sick children to come in specifically for photo day.

Our priority at NQ School Photography has always been to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone, staff, and pupils alike, and we anticipate that the changes to our protocols will be well received.
